And despite being pretty much a novice, with the premium breadmaker I can make a delicious fluffy warm loaf with a minimum of trouble and cleaning. Seriously, the first time I used the breadmaker I produced a loaf of bread you could sell in a shop. I simply followed one of the recipes in the manual that comes with the machine and three and a half hours later there was a delicious loaf of wholemeal bread. It was awesome to behold.The manual gives you exact measurements for what you need to make a variety of different loaves, but also how to make doughs for pizzas and bagels, how to make jams and cakes, which you can also do with this breadmaker. The breadmaker comes with two measuring bowls and two measuring spoons so that you can deal with the wet and dry ingredients separately as you place them in the machine, and will do 300g loaves but not really anything bigger.Once again, I was utterly delighted with how easy it was to use. I'm stuck in a studio flat and have nowhere I can easily leave bread to rise, so having this device available to me is an absolut wonder. I'd very much recommend it.(Read more)
